What we collect. When you call, book or email us, we keep your name, phone number, email address, service address and job details — only what we need to reach you and do the work.

What we never do. We never sell your information, never share it with marketers, and never add you to a mailing list unless you join it yourself through our newsletter form. You can leave that list any time with one click.

Keys and security. Key codes, combinations and access details are stored securely and shared only with you. If you lose all keys to a restricted system, we re-verify ownership before cutting new ones — that rule protects you.

Cookies. This site uses no advertising trackers. Basic anonymous visit counts may be kept to improve the site, and nothing more.

Your rights. Ask us any time what we hold about you at hello@securecrest.com and we will show, correct or delete it.

Quotes. Every job gets a fixed written quote before work begins. The price we confirm is the price you pay — if hidden damage changes the scope, we stop and re-quote first.

Ownership. For key cutting without an original and for any car-key programming, we require photo ID plus registration, title or equivalent. No documents, no key — no exceptions.

Warranty. Workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days. Hardware carries its manufacturer warranty on top. Damage from force, misuse or another tradesperson's alterations is not covered — but we will always tell you when that is the case.

Emergencies. Dispatch is 24/7 and ETAs are honest estimates, never promises — traffic and weather happen. If we cannot gain entry, you owe nothing beyond the agreed service call.
